It’s all about working smarter together so we can move faster, get stronger results, and make sure the process of finding and securing funding feels more focused and less overwhelming.

The cohort is designed to make knowledge-sharing simple, speed up execution, and bring more structure to the grant process. We’ll lean on proven tools, repeatable systems, and shared learnings to help every member feel more confident navigating the funding landscape. You’ll get a regular flow of strategic advice, useful templates, and process tools that are all meant to help you write stronger proposals, manage your grant pipeline, and build deeper relationships with funders.

What’s Next: Making Sure There’s a Strong Fit

As we move from onboarding into active work, the next step is making sure this partnership is the right fit on both sides. We’ll send over a short intake and readiness check. It’s designed to help us understand your organization’s goals, funding priorities, and internal capacity so we can make sure expectations and timelines are aligned.

Once you’ve submitted that, we’ll review everything, flag any gaps, and map out the most effective path forward. If we find that the fit is strong and the timing aligns, you’ll be invited into our Inner Circle group. That’s where we go deeper. It’s a smaller, high-touch space where members get even more tailored support, inside access to funding insights, and closer collaboration with our team and network.
